Here is his posting for today: This is where leaders often fall short. We do not give the understanding behind what we are doing, where we are going, and why as leaders or as an organization. And we wonder why we cannot change as an organization. We can cast blame on the others all we want, but in the end, it starts with the leadership and how we choose to work with our people.

Great recommendation for leadership. Understanding the why brings clarity and often provides motivation for others to follow and contribute to the cause.
